Join a network of nonprofit organizations providing fair and equitable housing-related services for the individuals we serve, sharing resources, and creating a more unified voice in advocacy for affordable housing and support services for preventing and ending homelessness in our community.
Organizations and Businesses
The Chester County Partnership to End Homelessness is open to any organization or business that supports the mission of the Partnership and that possesses the skills, interest or resources which will aid the Partnership in fulfilling its mission.
Housing Developers
Creating local affordable housing builds stronger, more vibrant communities for everyone. For developers interested in creating new, affordable housing in Chester County, the Partnership provides a connection to the Chester County Department of Community Development’s resources to support the development of affordable housing.
Landlords
Our landlord engagement program provides an avenue for feedback about programs and services, information on government programs that benefit your business, and instant access to potential tenants. Renting to tenants through any of our partner agencies is good for your business, good for the economy, and good for the people in need of housing.
Educate
Educate and share information or resources that help you learn more about homelessness with your circle of influence, community group, congregation, or workplace.

Advocate
Stay up to date on national, state, and local issues and contact your elected representatives to advocate for change. If you have experienced homelessness, become an advocate with our Lived Experience Advisory Board.
We partner with representatives from every sector of our community. Apply to become a part of one of our action teams or governance board as a representative of your community.
Volunteer
Our partner organizations provide a range of services to those experiencing homelessness or housing crises. Each organization’s needs are ever-changing and so are volunteer opportunities. Search our partner directory to learn more about how you can volunteer your time or talents with an organization you’d like to help.
Give
Homelessness is a community-wide problem that is solved by community-wide support and public-private partnerships. Direct donations to our partner organizations is strongly encouraged. To invest in large collective impact projects, donate to the Chester County Partnership to End Homelessness fund with the Chester County Community Foundation.
