Help Us Advance Racial & Economic Equity
Make a gift to support our efforts in advancing racial equity through our Lived Experience Advisory Board. We are actively engaging with and listening to the expertise of the members of our Lived Experience Advisory Board to help shape better policies and eliminate racial disparities in accessing affordable housing and wrap-around supports. To make meaningful change in housing justice, we must incorporate the voice and knowledge of people who have experienced homelessness in our governance, planning, and decision-making.
A contribution to our Chester County Community Foundation fund will help amplify the voices of lived experience and allow us to support our Lived Experience Advisory Board members in sharing their stories through public speaking events, furthering their professional development through trainings and workshops, and removing economic barriers to participation by providing some financial compensation for their time and expertise.
Invest in the Partnership’s Fund
Invest in the Chester County Partnership to End Homelessness through the Chester County Community Foundation. Your investment contributes to coordination, advocacy, and community resources that support Chester County’s homeless crisis response system and the Chester County Department of Community Development’s Street Outreach program.
The County’s crisis response system is led by the Chester County Department of Community Development and powered by the Partnership’s network of nonprofit service providers. In addition, the Street Outreach program works directly with people experiencing homelessness and often assists people with meeting basic needs like, food, water, clothing, and diapers, etc.
