Rob Henry
Chester County Partnership to End Homelessness Administrator
Rob Henry is the Administrator of the Chester County Partnership to End Homelessness at the Chester County Department of Community Development. Through the Partnership, Chester County is working to end and prevent homelessness. Rob has an abiding passion for seeking solutions to homelessness. Prior to serving as the partnership’s Administrator, Rob was the manager of Delaware’s Coordinated Entry at Housing Alliance Delaware, where he oversaw all referrals to shelter and housing services in the state. He spent three years managing a shelter for homeless families in West Chester and he has also helped create and manage a no cost Social Security Advocacy program (SOAR) for people experiencing homelessness for four years.
Génesis Andrea Rubio, MSW, LSW
Chester County Partnership to End Homelessness Coordinator
Génesis is the Homeless Coordinator for the Chester County Partnership to End Homelessness. She completed her Master's Degree in Social Work at Bryn Mawr's Graduate School of Social Work and Social Research, and is a Bilingual Licensed Social Worker in the State of Pennsylvania. She has experience across a variety of settings including immigration advocacy, higher education, community research, and crisis intervention. She believes in the power of equitable, intentional collaboration to achieve positive societal change.
