We work together with a network of community partners to leverage resources, provide rental assistance, support the development of affordable housing, and connect individuals to housing via our coordinated entry system. The Partnership relies on the combined effort of organizations, businesses, housing developers, landlords, volunteers, and the generosity of our community to meet our goal of preventing and ending homelessness in Chester County. You are the critical link to achieving that goal.
