About the Training: Experts from the Cleveland Mediation Center will impart invaluable knowledge to our Housing Solutions Partners and allied professionals within and outside the Partnership to End Homelessness. About the Trainer: Sarah Day Chess has been training in Shelter Diversion/Problem Solving for Cleveland Mediation since 2018 and has trained numerous communities across the country. Ms. Chess has trained in Rapid Resolution for Supportive Services for Veteran’s Families’ programs. She has also presented at conferences including the Coalition on Homelessness and Housing and Housing First Conferences.

Why Attend: Gain the tools and insights needed to enact positive change in our community. Equip yourself with the expertise to divert individuals from the brink of homelessness and guide them towards sustainable housing solutions.
